The Council of Twelve. Every country has a leader: Volkov (Russia), Hachiko IX (Japan), the American commander, the French royal, and nine more. They never meet in peace — only here, at the war table, when a cycle settles. Your doge is descended from one of them.
What each doge does
- DNA. 256 bits of on-chain data: country, evolution stage, seven appearance traits, five power traits, breed counter. Mutations change the DNA for real — not the metadata, the DNA.
- Gameplay doge. Pick one to play. It earns XP every bet, mutates, evolves, and scores your country on the mining war leaderboard.
- Staked doges. Stack up to five as passive staking boosters. They don't mutate — they crank your hashpower up to a 10× cap.
- dogeBTC bag. As your doge plays, it piles dogeBTC up inside itself. Cash out by sending it to heaven — burn it, get the bag. Every doge has a floor equal to whatever it has earned.
The collection
- Max supply. 15,000.
- Countries. 12. Picked at mint, burned into the DNA, can never change.
- Standard. Metaplex Core. Collection authority is the program — no human holds the keys.
- Mint price. Starts at 1 SOL, follows a quadratic bonding curve.
- Royalties. 4.2% on secondary, split 50/50 between creator and treasury.
- Breeding. Built, disabled on mainnet for now. Governance flips it on when the time's right.
How you get a doge
You don't buy a doge separately. You buy tickets to play — SOL credits you bet with during rounds — and an on-chain Bitcoin Doge character comes with the purchase for free. One transaction, two things: your play credits and your character.
Three ways in:
- Paid bundle. Buy 1–10 ticket bundles per transaction at the bonding-curve price. Each bundle comes with a free Bitcoin Doge. Three ticket tiers — the higher the tier, the more tickets per bundle.
- Free whitelist. If your wallet was whitelisted, the mint button shows FREE MINT — you pay only network gas and keep the NFT.
- Team airdrop. Partnerships, contests, ecosystem rewards. Doges drop straight into the recipient's wallet.

At mint, the contract derives a fresh 256-bit DNA string from your country choice, the mint key, and the current Solana slot. That DNA decodes into your country, evolution stage, seven appearance traits, five power traits, and a breed counter. An AI pipeline paints the doge from those traits and uploads the image.
The DNA is what's real — the art is its current portrait. When you lock your doge in for gameplay and it mutates, the contract rewrites its DNA, multiplier, and XP, and a fresh portrait gets generated to match.
