Betting Mechanics
Users can place bets using SOL or Free Tickets (earned from minting).

Bet on a specific block number (0-23).
Faction Bet
Bet on a country (e.g., "USA"). Covers both blocks assigned to that faction.
Auto-Miner
A "set-it-and-forget-it" mode where a smart contract plays for you every round.

The Mutation Engine (RNG)
Every time you place a bet with an equipped Doge, you are rolling the dice for a genetic upgrade.

The chance to trigger a mutation is dynamic and based on your "Bet Strength" relative to the round's "King of the Hill."
Pay-to-Win (Strategic)
Betting closer to the "High Score" increases your mutation chance up to a hard cap of 30%.
Diminishing Returns
As your Doge grows stronger (higher Multiplier), it becomes harder to mutate further, ensuring game balance.

XP is not just a progress bar; it is a currency consumed during mutation.
When a mutation hits, the protocol consumes your accumulated XP.
Efficiency Roll: A random "Efficiency %" is rolled (e.g., 85%).
The Boost: Bonus_Multiplier = XP_Consumed × Efficiency

A player who grinds for months (high XP) before hitting a mutation will get a massive multiplier jump compared to a player who gets lucky early.
Security & Fairness
No Sniping
The "Highest Bet" logic prevents last-second micro-bet spamming. You must commit significant capital to get good odds.
Deterministic RNG
Randomness is derived from a hash of Slot + Timestamp + User_Key + Total_Volume, making it unpredictable but verifiable.
Atomic Settlement
All mutations happen atomically when the user claims rewards. If you attempt to "revert" a bad roll, you lose your pending SOL/$dogeBTC payout.
